"Build to Last," "Good to Great"

There are two goals most businesses would seek after: building a legacy that last, and transforming a good company into a great company. "Built to Last," "Good to Great", are the titles of two books written by James C. Collins and Jerry I. Porras. Business books are never meant to be taken as a holy book, something a business completely depends on, but these two books are definitely an interesting and motivating read for many businesses. In these two books, the authors listed out 10 companies or so and described the stories and reasons behind why they are able to become the identity they are today. Companies listed include huge businesses like Disney, 3M, Ford, etc.
